Aubrey Griffith-Zill's '05 New Adventure in Halotherapy

They aim to empower each of us to achieve a greater level of self-knowledge and well-being while providing an opportunity to slow down and simply be.

The Durham Salt Cave is one of the only spaces in North Carolina offering Halotherapy. This is a natural form of therapy which uses salt mist to relieve respiratory and skin conditions, all within an environment that can also provide relief from symptoms of anxiety and depression.
