Our Community
At Carolina Friends School we model and practice the power of community. We build deep relationships and use conflict as an opportunity to learn, grow, and understand one another. Our strong, supportive community provides a solid foundation based on respect, empathy, and compassion for our children, staff, and families.
Our learning community includes not only current students, staff, and families, but also alumni, alumni staff, and alumni families. We aim to be careful stewards of the meaningful and lifelong individual relationships formed here, as well as being responsible members of our greater communities. In addition to all-community events, partnerships with local and global organizations, and programming for current families and alumni, we welcome volunteer interest from within our greater community.
