Personalized Camps

The structure and pricing are similar to a typical Summer Program at CFS. However, this experience is designed with your group of students in mind and not open to the general public. A family might be served by a Personalized Summer Program if...

• They’d like to minimize their camper's exposure to other children with whom they have no familiarity amidst the uncertainty of COVID-19 and other illness.

• Their camper has a group of friends/family members (6-14 children in total) who would like to participate with them. For example, one family arranged a weeklong sports experience as a birthday gift for their son with his friends!

A family can fill out this Google Form to indicate their interest on behalf of a group. The Extended Learning office will be in touch ASAP after receiving the form submission.

We hope to be able to serve everyone, but our facilities and staffing capabilities may preclude us from being able to offer Personalized Camps to all interested groups. So, we suggest reaching out as soon as you’re able. 

By the way, we give each group an animal name in alphabetical order by confirmation date, so we've welcomed Aardvarks, Badgers, Cheetahs, Dingoes, Eagles, Flamingos, Geckos, Hedgehogs, Iguanas, and Jaguars (and some Squirrels too)! 

CFS Summer Programs run from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm for five days, Monday through Friday.

Optional Extended Day care is available from 8:00 to 9:00 am and from 3:00 to 4:00/5:45 pm each day.

A Personalized Camp will match the cost of a comparable, traditional program in 2025 for each student, plus the $20 per family per summer registration fee. 

Our course pricing structure per participant per week in Summer 2025 is:

• General: $384
• Culinary: $398
• Tech: $415

Because we can't fill a vacated spot like in traditional Summer Programs, we are not able to refund the course tuition to a family of a camper who cannot attend a Personalized Camp unless the pod can find and agree on another student to take that space.
