Summer Programs

Children gather in outdoor tents

Our Summer Programs aspire to provide programs that spark intellectual curiosity, encourage playful exploration, and help build character. At heart, this is a place of joy!

If you aren't a Carolina Friends school-year family and haven't been enrolled in Summer Programs in the past two years, please complete this brief Google form and we'll notify you when we release our Summer 2022 course schedule in mid to late January and then open registration a week or so later.

Located on Carolina Friends School's wooded, 126-acre main campus, each summer we offer more than 130 classes for ages 4 to 18 in areas including digital, literary, performing, and visual arts; culinary creations; leadership and personal growth; explorations of math and science; outdoor adventures; and sports fun. Unless otherwise indicated, our programs run from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm each day, Monday through Friday. Generally, about half of our summer instructors also teach at Carolina Friends School during the school year, but we also host a variety of experts and other educators.

We know you have choices. Thanks for considering us and let us know how we can help!
