Summer Programs

Children gather in outdoor tents

Our Summer Programs aspire to provide programs that spark intellectual curiosity, encourage playful exploration, and help build character. At heart, this is a place of joy!

Located on Carolina Friends School's wooded, 126-acre main campus, each summer we offer more than 150 classes for ages 4 to 18 in areas including digital, literary, performing, and visual arts; culinary creations; leadership and personal growth; explorations of math and science; outdoor adventures; and sports fun. Most of our summer teachers also teach at Carolina Friends School during the school year, but we also host a variety of experts and other educators.

In 2020, we made the decision to protect the health of the community by taking our Summer Programs virtual. While we can't predict what next summer will bring, know that we will be ready to meet any challenges with engaging and supportive offerings.

Registration typically opens in January and continues until courses are filled.

We know you have choices. Thanks for considering us and let us know how we can help!
