Music Lessons
We offer individual after-school music lessons for students of all ages (including parents and grandparents!) at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. Students from home, other schools, and anywhere in the world are welcome, for one or more programs.
We are offering in-person AND some online options (depending on the instructor) for the 2024-2025 school year.
Our teachers tailor their methods to each student's individual needs and interests as they build a musical foundation.
Students will need to provide their own instruments (other than pianos and percussion instruments for actual lessons). Teachers are happy to provide advice on the purchase or rental of instruments. While practice requirements vary significantly according to age, level, and goals, students and families should understand that regular practice between lessons is essential to progress.
In the 2024-25 school year, in the second of a two-year plan to increase instructor compensation, half-hour music lessons are $45, 45-minute lessons are $67.50, and hour-long lessons are $90.
