Camp CFS

Drop-off for Camp CFS on full days begins at 8:30 am--or as early as 7:55 am on listening session and conference days for an additional charge ($5.00 for Early Schoolers, $4.50 for Lower and Middle Schoolers), which we add to the CampInTouch ledger after Camp CFS.

Families have two Camp CFS pick-up time options, each with its own daily tuition rate:

Early Schoolers

• 8:30 am - 3:15 pm | $62 ($72 late registration)
• 8:30 am - 5:45 pm | $82 ($92 late registration)

Lower/Middle Schoolers

• 8:30 am - 3:15 pm | $55 ($65 late registration)
• 8:30 am - 5:45 pm | $75 ($85 late registration)

Online registration for Camp CFS (longer-term care with 3:15/5:45 pm pickup) is open through a free account in our CampInTouch system (also used for CFS Summer Programs and Student and Family Enrichment).

Enrollment for 2025-2026 short-term listening session or conference care (for the duration of the listening session or conference) is through these Google forms once you have your visit scheduled:

• September 19
• November 6 and/or 7
• February 26 and/or 27

We don't have capacity limits on enrollment, but appreciate your registering in a timely fashion (ideally one week in advance) so we can ensure adequate staffing, snacks, and other materials. There is a higher rate for registrations within 48 hours of the start of a Camp CFS day. 

We ask that families pack a lunch for each child.

We’ll provide morning and, for 5:45 pm pickup, afternoon snacks. Snacks include animal crackers, apples, bananas, carrots, clementines, cheese, Goldfish, grapes, popcorn, and the like, but no nut products.

Early School families, please send two changes of clothes and nap/rest supplies - a blanket or sheet, a pillow, and a stuffed animal. 

We appreciate leaving mobile phones at home or, for particular circumstances, entrusting them with a Camp CF staff member.  Phones are a temptation for the student bringing them and potentially then a distraction for other students as well.

On the dates listed below, we are offering a morning Outdoor Adventure session, and you can help your child prepare by packing appropriate clothing for the weather and water shoes for wading in the stream.
