One of the strengths of the Middle School is the pool of talented, dedicated, and professional teachers who work with the students in a ratio of about fourteen to one. The School is fortunate to attract and keep individuals who are committed to teaching as an art, as a profession, and as an opportunity to nurture students as well as to teach. The teachers take seriously their responsibilities to the whole child and bring with them strong academic backgrounds, desires to continue to grow themselves, and commitments to the philosophy and practices of Carolina Friends School.
