The Lower School Art Program strives to build a strong foundation of knowledge and experiences in art. Themes are child oriented and often relate to the Lower School yearly theme. The skills, concepts and media shown in the map can be combined in many ways. They are introduced at the appropriate developmental level and reinforced throughout the course of a child's time in Lower School
