INDY Best of the Triangle Summer Camp Finalist 2011-2016
Online enrollment is open! We look forward to receiving your registrations and are eager to help should you have questions (ExtendedLearning@cfsnc.org). Thank you!
Thanks so much for your patience--we're pleased to share our Summer 2017 offerings for students ages 4-18!
From June 19-August 11, we'll have popular returning options and new programs.
- All eight weeks will feature Early Learner courses for four to six-year-olds.
- We're especially excited to introduce courses for high school students, including entrepreneurship, forensic science, filmmaking, Nature Lab, social justice activism, and athletic skills/conditioning (in basketball and in volleyball).
We aspire to provide programs that spark intellectual curiosity, encourage playful exploration, and help build character. At heart, this is a place of joy!
Our top-notch staff bring a love for children, a dedication to their safety and well-being, and rich personal and professional experience and expertise (in everything from graphic novel creation to molecular and cell biology).
They're offering some 150 courses in a range of areas: creative expression (digital, performing and visual arts), culinary creations, leadership and personal growth, learning explorations, maker discoveries, nature/outdoor adventures, sports fun, and tech wizardry.
Our more than 40 instructors work their magic on our 126-acre campus of fields, woods, and streams.
We know you have choices. Thanks for considering CFS Summer Programs and let us know how we can help. We look forward to welcoming you to summer fun!

We always root Summer Programs in the mission, values, and vision of CFS, now in its 52nd year.
Carolina Friends School is a vibrant and inclusive learning community empowering students to think critically, creatively, and independently. We foster active exploration and quiet reflection, individual endeavor and collaborative engagement. Inspired by Quaker values -- pursuit of truth, respect for all, peaceful resolution of conflict, simplicity, the call to service -- we teach our children that it is possible to change the world.
