Triangle Diversity Alliance conference comes to campus October 25

With as many as 180 8th-12th grade students and chaperones from five area independent schools participating, the 2017 Triangle Diversity Alliance Conference is set to take place on Wednesday October 25th. During the conference, we will explore issues of identity, privilege, what it means to be an ally, forms of protest, activism and how to dialogue across difference.

With mentorship from staff, CFS students will be facilitating nine different workshops during the conference related to the theme Allies and Activism. The conference promises to be a great way for us to showcase our students and our school's mission and philosophy.
