Curriculum at its best affords opportunities for quiet reflection, individually and collectively, and for responsible stewardship.

The whole Lower School meets together weekly for Meeting for Worship. This time is spent in silence or responding to a query, affording the opportunity for quiet, collective reflection.

Students often read in the Reading Garden during silent reading time or at recess. This natural, beautiful environment helps promote quiet, reflective time.

Students sit in the natural settings such as the Lower School playground and write down what they see and/or hear in this soul writing activity during language time. This writing exercise encourages quiet, individual reflection.

Children play quietly in the Stone Circle situated next to the Lower School field. The Stone Circle is a place used for quiet reflection and sometimes hosts the Lower School Meeting for Worship.
