Our children use the scientific method to make discoveries about the world. The child who drew this observed the sun shining through a classroom window; made a hypothesis about how the sun reflects off a mirror (prism) to form different rainbow patterns throughout the room. After testing her hypothesis and coming to a conclusion about light reflection this student represents her theory in an artistic form using watercolors and felt tip markers. |
